HR I!SEELS, Nov. 12. Alarmed by the increase in accidents caused by drunken motorists, the burgomaster of Ghent has formed a brigade of police, empowered to enter cafes outside which motors have been drawn up. If the drivers are found becoming intoxicated they are detained until t-hey are sober again.
