A perfect alibi was' established by a motorist who appeared in tliei Onehunga Police Court before Mr. F. 11. Levien, S.M., on a charge of speeding. Evidence as to the offence was given by the Onelnmga Uorough Council’s trafiie inspector, but defendant was able to prove that at the time be was giving evidence in tlie Auckland I’olico Court before Mr. Levien, The case was dismissed.
