Increased movement in the land market is reported in South Auckland (says Uuk Waikato Times). During the past week two large dairy farms, pari of Te Mimi estate, near Morrinsvrtle, were sold for spot cash. Another large fag# a few miles from Frankton also changed hands during the week. There is a fair amount of inquiry for small. farms fully or partly improved.
