Mr. Clark has now received a reply from the South African Minister to'' Agriculture, which stales thai he is not in a position to express any opinion regarding the position in Australia, but he felt, certain thai, in wool, as in all other products, the most efficient menus by which the producer could acquire a sufficient voice in the disposal of his products was by co-opera-tion.
