THE SALVATION ARMY CONTROL OF PROPERTY (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received October 30. noon.) _ LONDON, October 29. General Higgins, replying to allegations regarding the internal administration of the Salvation Army, denies the existence of persecution and a vendetta. He declares that the present regime maintains the constitutional administration.. He will, with the consent of the Solicitor-General, apply for a. writ transferring from General Booth’s executors to himself, for administration purposes on behalf of the army, its trust property in Britain, which is worth £1.000.000.
