Charles Mozart Spinley, with several aliases, pleaded guilty before justices at To Aroha to-day to having issued a valueless cheque for £8 10s. Accused, who was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, is already waiting sentence on similar charges committed at Rotorua and Cambridge. Two further charges will bo hoard against him at Hamilton to-morrow.
