Dicesare Rossi, who was sentenced to 20 years’ gaol for anti-.Fasvist activities, was ex-secretary of the Italian Press Bureau, and formerly held high rank as a Fascist leader. He. lied from Italy and attacked Mussolini and the Italian Government in the French press. Rossi was originally tried for complicity in the murder of Matteotti, but was acquitted. \
