LONDON WOOL SALES Murray, Roberts and Co. are in 'receipt of the following cable message from London, under date of September 27:—“Crossbred greasy line, coarse, and scoured declined 5 per cent. ; greasy medium declined 71 per cent.” The New Zealand Loan and .Mercantile. Agency Cb. has received the following cablegram from London under date September 26 : —“Wool sales: As-com-pared with tho last sales' closing rates, prices are lower about 15 per cent, for greasy merino and fine greasy crossbred ; lower by about, 10 per cent-, to 15 per cent, for fine scoured crossbred and fine crossbred slipes; lower by about 71 per cent, to JO per cent, for medium crossbred; and about 71 per cent, lower for coarse crossbred and scoured merino. Tho market is steadier than it- has been.”
