With the Announcement of Viscount WiTlingdon that bis term of office as Governor-General of Canada will expire within two years and that he will not seek an extension of bis term, keen interest lias been manifested in reports tiiat the Government may request that one of the King’s sons be the next, Gov-ernor-General of Canada. —Auckland Star Correspondent.
