Canada has. taken the position that as an autonomous country conceded to have equality status, Parliament within its sphere should have complete authoritv that, its enactments shall not be subject to Imperial' reservations. . At present the British Government- can disallow anv act of the Canadian Parliament. It is understood here that nil the Dominions will ask the repeal of the Colonial Laws Validity Act.
