COMPENSATION FOR LAND (Per Press Association.) OH I’IKTLTIURCH, this day. Next Tuesday Mr Justice Kennedy will heat a claim for £16,000 made by James Wright, a farmer, for compensation for the value of land taken by the Waimakariri River Trust. for purposes of the diversion at White s bridge.
