EIGHT THEFT CHARGES

* MAN SENT FOR TRIAL (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Win. Percival Leonard Knight pleaded not guilty in the Police Court to-day to eight charges of theft of jjiostal packets in New Plymouth, and one charge of attempted theft from a post box,'and one charge of attempted breaking and entering at Waitara. He was committed for trial to the Supreme Court, bail being allowed.
