ALLEGED MURDER

CASE AGAINST MOTHER (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Mrs. Anne Cubis, 40, did not. appear in the Police Court this morning to answer a charge of murdering her two infant hoys. . Mr. V. K. Hunt, S.M., said ho had received a report from the mental hospital authorities stating that Mrs. Oubis would not be fit to appear for somn months. "Under the circumstances," added Mr. Hunt, "I have written to the Crown Law Office, Wellington, suggesting that the proceedings shoiCd he withdrawn, as she is too bad to appear.'' The case was adjourned to September 21.
