WOMAN RED FINED LONDON, Aug. 2. Sarah Burl, 22, who was prominent in the House of Commons disturbance on April 29, was fined £2 at the Bow Street Court to-dav for assaulting a policeman during yesterday’s Communist demonstrations on an omnibus. A policeman gave evidence that when he went up the omnibus steps Burl squirted three-quarters of a syphon of soda water in his face, temporarily hurting his eyes. When she was sentenced, she clung t o the dock and sang the ‘ ‘ Red Flag. ’ ’ A number of Eton-cropped girls in the c#urt joined in until the police ejected them. A -policeman carried out Hurl singing and kicking.
