Because Britain has not subscribed to the cost of light aeroplanes in an international competition of a 4000 miles circuit of Europe, two Britishers, Captain 11. S. Board and Miss Spooner, have to fly as Frohoh entrants. Lady Bailey is doing the circuit independently.
