CONDEMNED TO DEATH
PRIESTS IN RUSSIA RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION (Times Cables.) LONDON, August 5. The Times’ Riga correspondent reports that the Soviet tribunal at Samara condemned to death two orthodox priests and four members of the congregation on a charge of “healing the sick and casting out devils.” They were also charged with urging tho faithful not to observe the Soviet laws.
