GRECIAN IMMIGRANTS SYDNEY, July 21. Pending inquiries, Peter Xury and family and party, the Grecians who were unable to land in New Zealand and M'ho went on to Sydney by the Niagara, are being detained aboard the vessel by the Customs authorities. Mr. ..Xury states that he was most surprised at the New Zealand authorities refusing them permission to land, as none of them had ever been in trouble.
