SATISFACTORY AGREEMENT (Hriil.ish Official Wireless.) llec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, May 10. In the House of Commons, Mr. G. Locker-Lampson, Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, said he was glad to be able to state that an agreement satisfactory to all parties had been reached oetween the British Government and the Egyptian Government regarding the distribution of the Nile waters. It would be geneially recognised that this could not fail to facilitate development and promote, prosperity both in Egypt and Sudan.
