HUGE DEATH DUTIES
LARGE BRITISH ESTATES (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 9. More than £500,000 will be yielded to the Treasury in death duties on two wills. Sir John Brunner, director of Imperial Chemical Industries, left unsettled property totalling £876,102. Death duties oil this sum amount to about £260,000. Air. Herbert Gosling, director of Barclays Bank, left £839,930. The death duties total about £270,000.
