IDENTIFICATION DISCS
SHOULD BE COMPULSORY LONDON, April 3. “It will be'a good thing if everybody were compelled to carry an identification disc of some kind,” said the Southwark Coroner, Dr. Waldo, at the. inquest on an unknown woman , who was lound drowned in the Thames. The coroner said that lie was told that the Japanese had to carry discs around tlmir necks from birth until burial. “T don't, see why that could not be done in England,” be added.
