AVIATOR ACQUITTED
CHARGE NOT PROCEEDED WITH SYDNEY, March-'2-2.*-Robert Somerville, pilot,.of.thc_aexaplano which killed a farmer named Smith at Windsor on January 21, was charged with manslaughter at the Criminal Court to-day. The Crown'offered no evidence, and Mr. Justice Ferguson directed the jury to acquit Somerville, who was discharged. .
The Crown Prosecutor had announced that it was most difficult to prove Somerville guilty of culpable negligence.
