That 309 people were killed in the streets of London in three months of last year—2B2 of them by motor vehicles—raises feelings that are not to bo philosophically disposed of. After every allowance is made : , a motor car in motion represents a power which many persons are not morally fit to handle, and the problem of eliminating these has been too long shirked.
