HAWKE'S BAY RAM FAIR
DISTRICT PURCHASES Poverty Bay, coastal, and Wairoa Hock owners were well represented at tho Hawke's Bay Ram Fair this week, and a number of purchases were made among tho Pomneys, as much as 20gns. being paid by buyers from this end. The qualitj of the stock was, on the whole, better than what was offered at Matawhero earlier in the week, and tho ileumnd for animals of good breeding was apparently keen.
