(LONDON, Dec. 8 Not since ‘the middle of the war have the British lifeboats had such a busy November ns has been experienced this year. In November, 1916, there were 71 launches of lifeboats. In November, 1928, there were 64. and of that number no fewer than 53 were during the last 17 days of the month.
