MANY INSTITUTIONS BENEFIT Following is a list of bequests under the will of the late Mr. Joseph Wilson, for many years resident of ilawera, and of late a" resident at Calliope road, Dovonport, Auckland: Jenkins Salvation Home for Boys, Kltham, £100; Dr. Barnardo's Homes for Children, England, £100; Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Auckland, £100; Public Hospital, Hawera, £200; Anglican Church Building Fund, Stanley Bay, £100; Catholic Homes for Destitute Children, Onehunga, £SO; Cathojic Homes for Destitute Children, Takapuna, £SO; Catholic School, Hobson street, Auckland, £SO; Salvation Army Home for Orphan Children, Clifton road. Ponsonby, £100; Home for Orphan Chil? dren, Richmond road, Grey Lynn, £200; Young Women's Christian Association, Queen street, Auckland, £200; Girls' Friendly Society, Wellesley street, Auckland, £200; Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, xluckland, £200; Hawera Beautifying Society, Hawera, £100; and the Rev. Jasper Calder's Mission. Auckland. £IOO. Executors under the will are Mrs. 11. E. Wilson and Mr. John Alexander, solicitor, of Auckland. Mrs. H. E. Wilson, the widow, has very generously paid for the installation in the Auckland Mental Hospital of one all-electric six-valve radio set,. with seven claritone speakers. The equipment is the last word in radio appliances, and will en-, able the patients in seven separate wards at< the main building to enjoy the pleasures of radio. It provides a very handsome and generous Christmas gift to the patients.
