A well-known Christchurch lawyer says Ashburton is definitely wet. II it is not, the Mid-Canterbury poll must have been void. Art application will be made next year for a license for the Somerset hotel and plans are now out for its re-erection as a three-storeyed structure, with bar accommodation.
