HYPNOTISM STORY UPSETS VERDICT
EDMONTON (Alberta), Doe. f>. The Canadian Appeal Court has quashed flic cqnvietion of Vernon Booher,. who was charged with the murder of his mother, brother, nnd two hired men. The court specifically objected to the admission of any evidence regarding hypnotic suggestion, and Dr. Laugster, a hypnotist, who had been called in to assist the police, will probably be excluded from the retrial.
