RHINELAND CONTROL
A FRENCH CONCESSION EARLY DISCUSSION (Australian and N.Z Association.} PARIS, Dee. 13. The Daily Telegraph's French correspondent at Lugano states that M. Brinnd during a two hours conference made important concessions to Dr. Strosemann to the effect that negotiations for the evacuation of the Rhineland will be conducted simultaneously with the reparation pourparlers. ~ This Implies that as soon as the experts’ recommendations resulted in an agreement between the Governments concerned, France will not insist on the funding of the German debt before recalling her troops.
