GENEROUS BEQUESTS
(P«r Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The late Mr. Walter Henry Bailey, Who died on November 10, directed his trustee, after providing for certain legacies and annuities, to hold the balance of the estate for the Wellington City Council, for swimming baths; the -Massey Agricultural College, for general purposes; and Dr. Barnardo Homes. The Wellington City Council and other institutions share equally in the residue of the estate. It is understood that eventually the bodies concerned will receive £SOOO each.
