The directors of General Motors, Ltd., met after the Stock K-Xchiintre closed and voted an extra stock dividend, giving at unitholders 21, shares each for each share now held, and also declared an extra dividend of 2\ dollars on, common stocks. It is expected that the now stock r ill be placed on a 3 dollars annua! .basis, which will be equivalent, to 7i dollars'on the old stock. ! Tlie directors also declared regu ar dividends on common stock of 1J dollars per share and a, regular dividend on senior stock.
A special meeting .of stockholders has been palled for December 10 to consider a change yi, the par value of stocks, which at tossuM? g£> .d.oljpjjs.
