(l’ransvaal)fi was a through passenger by the Aorangi, returning to South Africa after attending the British Empire Parliamentary Conference in Canada. In all eight delegates from the Union made the trip, but five returned via England. Mr. Jansen and his two colleagues took tbe opportunity of the Aorangi’s unusually long stay at Auckland to visit Rotorua.
