MORE GIFT AIRPLANES ANSWER TO CHAMBERLAIN Australian and N.Z. Press Association LONDON, July 24. A Riga despatch states that as the result of a Special Defence Week, a workers’ organisation called “The Society for Aviation and Chemical Warfare” presented the “Red” Army' with 20 more aeroplanes. The society’s appeal declared : “Since the impudent ultimatum of the British capitalists in 1923, the “Red” Army has thus received more than 100 aeroplanes. This is the best reply to Sir Austen Chamberlain.”
