NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN (Received July 25, noon.) CANBERRA, July 25. Mr. Bruce lias announced that tho Government is not likely to take action to declare Air. Theodore’s seat vacant as it result of the Lambert Commission. The finding was that there was no specific offence disclosed against the Electoral Act.
