LONDON TO LOS ANGELES CAPTAIN LYON'S PROJECT (Australian nn<l N.Z- Press Association LOS, ANGELES, July 21. Captain Hairy Lyon announce* plans for a London t'o l.'os Angeles flight in the spring of 1929. He declared that local residents had offered the capita! and that a special tri-indtored plane will lie used, whi.h will be constructed here. Captain Lyon will he navigator, and the British fliers. Captain Lancaster and Mrs. Keith Miller, will he the pilots. According to present plans, they will make a single stop at New Ynr'for fuel and then continue to Los Angeles. It is reported in the Australian papers that Mr. Warner and Captain Lyon were not on speaking terms when they, arrived at San Franrseo, and were not likely to he associate 1 in hi-ther fliirhts Some difference of opinion, it was stated. had arisen over the financial results of the tour.
