BRITISH DYEING TRADE

OVER 80,000 HANDS INVOLVED

(Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) LONDON, May 23. There has been no settlement of the wages dispute in the dyeing and allied trades. Representatives of the employers and the trades unions met at Manchester, negotiations, however, breaking down. The unions have decided to call a strike of operatives on Juno 16. Over 80,000 hands will be involved.
