Tin-Fod Nation Lord Askwith referred to the danger of .1 tin Blrortagp in 20 or 30 yours' time at a Royal Colonial Institute luncheon in London. He said that America was effectually sealing itself up in a tin can. Quite half the food Americans ate was tinned, and if anything happened to the tin supplies it was estimated that 2"> per cent, of American husbands would go hungry, for the wives had lost the culinary art.
