LABOR FAVORS A POOL (Received April 13, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 13. The Labor conference passed Mr. Willis’ motion providing for the pooling of the coal output. . The motion suggested that in order to relieve the parlous conditions ot the coal industi'y the whole of the coal be pooled, and that private selling agencies be abolished. It also suggested that a levy of Is per ton on all coal produced he paid into a. fend to p"ovide work for unemployed miners. The motion also protested against other mining leases being granted to private enterprise.
