MR. BALDWIN FLOUTED ' A POLITICAL STORM (United Service.) LONDON, April 12. Lord Birkenhead is the, centre of another political storm, and is charged with flouting Mr. Baldwin’s ban on Minister-journalists and the using of ■tho columns of a women’s journal to criticise his leader’s Enfranchisement of Flappers Bill, which has yet .to go before the Lords. Lord Birkenhead’s article asserts that the incursion of women into industry and politics has failed and will continue to fail.
