MORERE NOTES
(Herald Correspondent.) Miss Shannon, travelling secretary of the N.Z. Presbyterian Y.W.8.C.U., is to speak at the Hawke's Bay Presbytery in Gisborne on Wednesday. She will then proceed on to Erasertown, Wairoa, and Morere. —MnThomas, Mrs Hammond's father, is on a visit here.—Mr. Pat Cooper has returned from Shannon, having met with an accident. —Mr. Jack Crombio is visiting Gisborne. —Sister May has had her sister,, Miss Gardiner, staying with her.—Mr. and Mrs Sweet and family visited Napier for Easter. —Miss Eosevear, of the Whakaki school, spent Easter in Napier with Miss Wilson.— Miss Jean Austin, of Gisborne, has been at Basin Farm for Easter.— Master Stanley Lindley, of Gisborne, spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs Austin. —Mrs Birinic, Mrs Swarbrick's mother, has been visiting her daughter. —Miss Zona Thompson was homo for Easter.
