SOFT GOODS AND SCHOOL DRAW YESTERDAY’S LOCAL GAME In the Thursday cricket competition, continued yesterday, Soft Goods drew- with a depleted sido of High School students. City won by default in the other match scheduled > for the afternoon, Cash Stores failing ' to get a team out. Batting first, Soft Goods made a good start against the High School, 45 being put on for the first wicket. Wallace made a good strike, and J. W. Scholium later played a free-hitting innings, which added substantially to the Soft Goods score, and infused a great deal of interest into the game.
