' DUCHESS GIVES TROPHY J (Sydney Sun Cables.) (Received Feb. 22, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Feb.'2l. The Daily Mail says that in ordei to encourage marine motor, engineering the Duchess of York is presenting an outboard motor boat, trophy, open to amateurs of all countries. The first race, over 20 miles, will be held at Hendon in July.
