STATE ACTION URGED (Australian and NT, Cable Association.) (Received Foil. 2, J p.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 21. In the House of Representatives, Mr. Oiler introduced an unemployment resolution declaring that 4,000,1)00 persons were unemployed, and urging President. Coolidge to authorise Government departments to increase the speed of public building, etc. It also asked that State governors be encouraged to net accordingly.
