FINAL TRIBUTE
LATE EARL OF OXFORD WESTMINSTER SERVICE (N.Z., nnd A.P.A., and Sun.) (Received Feb, 22, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21. The Duke of York, representing the King, and Vice-Admiral. Sir Lionel Halsey, representing the Prince oi Wales, other officers, Prince Arthur of Connaught, and also peers, members of Cabinet, statesmen, Ambassadors, High 'Commissioners.; and other Imperial vepve sent.stives paid a last tribute to Lord Oxford at the service, held in Westminster Abbey. .Lady Oxford,'Princes? Bibeseo, and'other Tneinben; of the family were in deepest black. The altar steps' were wreathed in flotverr, while scarlet, lupins blazed above the altar. Tim Archbishop of Canterbury and the Dean of Westminster officiated. The prayers ami hymns were impretsively followed, the nation farewelling the dead statesman with a final amen.
