BAN DIEGO, Dec. 13. One world’s speedboat record fell today in tho hydroplane classic being conducted in tlie harbor, when Harry A. Miller’s speedy Angeles 1. maintained an average of 47.12 miles per hour to win the 151 class limit event. The former record was 47.05 miles per hour.
