"RED" OUTRAGES
MASSACRES IN CHINA REVOLTING CIRCUMSTANCES (Svunev Sun Cables.) ' HONGKONG, Nov. 28. Stories of Red terrorism in the Hoifung district are confirmed by Bishop Yaltorta, vicar apostolic, who states that he has been informed by many refugees reaching Hongkong that in the small town of Ki-pseng over 600 people were massacred, apart from deaths in other places. A ghastly procession termed the, "Red Triumph," carried the victims' heads from Ki-pseng to Iloi-fung. Amongst the victims was a very old and distinguished Chinese scholar; Before being slaughtered, he was subjected to torture. His nose was cut off and.his ears pierced. Similar outrages were perpetrated in numerous localities in particularly revolting circumstances. Red spies everywhere are earning a dollar a'day for their services, whilst the murderers of anti-Comnrun- ? ists secure a reward of 10 dollars for each victim.
