KAIIUTIA CLUB Bowlers this season have been very fortunate in the matter of weather conditions, and up to the present there has been no interruption in playing the fixtures arranged. Yesterday was no exception. and consequently there was a good attendance of members and friends on the Kaliutia Bowling Club’s green. The fourth round of the Dan Barry Memorial Shield fours produced two surprises, the two leading teams, .skipped by ,t. J. Martin and S. Wootton, both suffering‘defeat at the hands of (Houston and Dudfield respectively. With only another round to go, the position i.s very interesting, Martin, Wootton and Clouston being on equal terms with three wins each. Dan Barry Fours Billintn, Fischbach, E. Lane, W. Champion Singles The champion singles, the second round of which must he concluded tomorrow, has produced some very interesting games, and a number of the contestants are showing really good form.
