"RED" ARMY AFFECTED FEARS OF A REVOLT (Sydney Sun Cables.) (Received Nov. 18. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 16 The Daily News' Riga correspondent says that following on the Trotsky upheaval, there is considerable unrest in the "Red" Army, where he was once chief, and fears of a military revolt have resulted in changes in staff. The Daily News' Berlin correspondent says it is reported that Trotsky is iVnprisoned in the Kremlin.
