FREE STATE POLITICS GOVERNMENT DEFEATED (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association ' LONDON, Nov. 16. In the Daily Eireann Mr Cosgrave's Government was defeated by 66 votes to 64 on Captain Redmond's motion seeking a commission to inquire into the circumstances of ex-servicemen in the Free State. Mr. Cosgravc said that he would accept a no-confidence motion with respect to the division, and give time for its discussion tomorrow or Friday.
