ALSATIAN DOGS
A MENACE TO SHEEP. (Received November 9, 12 noon). SYDNEY, Nov. 9. As a result of Australian , woolgrowers’ belief that Alsatian dogs are a menace to sheep, the Royal Agricultural Societies of West Australia and New South Wales have decided to delete from their schedules any prizes for this class of dog. The Commonwealth Government could not see its way clear to agree to the request of Ihe graziers that the Federal Council should prohibit tho importation of Alsatian dogs into Australia.
