RUMANIAN PLOT
AN OFFICER ARRESTED INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS (Australian anu N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Nov. 9, 10 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Nov. 8. A Rumanian naval officer, Incut. Teodoru, was arrested on the frontier while motoring from Paris. Documents were concealed in the car in similar circumstances to chose of Manoilcscu, whose trial begins on Thursday.
